Good Technology is seeking a Mobility Assistant to join our Mobile Device Management team.
Job Summary
Facilities: Mobility Assistant is a member of the Mobile Device Management Team. You will develop your business and leadership skills while applying your academic, and prior work experience in a team environment. Good?s Mobile Device Management Team handles the acquisition of mobile devices and oversees mobile carrier accounts. The Mobility Assistant will manage device orders and mobile services, maintain an accurate inventory and troubleshoot devices. Training consists of hands on learning in the job. Applicants should demonstrate a record of leadership, project execution, problem solving and excellent communication skills.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate adaptability, high energy, credibility, integrity and exceptional customer service in a demanding environment. Candidates will be considered based upon mobile device knowledge, customer service experience, and computing as well as communication skills.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of mobile device management experience and/or customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
In depth knowledge of Android, Windows and iOS devices. Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior work experience for a leading mobile services provider or IT support. Customer service experience with sales and engineering clients.
Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred. Current students will be considered.
