Job Summary:
Manage and work multiple projects that include initiating and managing complex wireless telecom billing audits, optimization recommendations, vendor contract analysis and summary, benchmarking wireless telecom rates, quality control, inventory management and internal efficiencies as it pertains to project-related work.
Responsibilities:
Interfaces with Client Management in support of one time audits, contract rate validations, client recommendations and Benchmarking
Works with Billing, Inventory, claims IT, Projects team and QC in performing these client initiated services
Analyze and audit mobility invoices for a variety of vendors in a variety of data formats
Perform data mining functions utilizing a variety of means such as Excel, Access and SQL
Review various client wireless inventory and make optimization recommendations
Review various client contracts and benchmark against current market rates and T&Cs
Manage vendor claims and follow through to conclusion, escalating when necessary
Maintain data integrity and quality control of output
Exercises independent judgment in presenting analyses results to clients and/or internal customers
Consults with the client to advise technical details and ultimate adoption outcome
Establish work breakdown structure for projects and assign estimated time values for each step as required
Manage the planning, implementing, tracking and reporting on complex problems
Anticipate client needs before they arise and present solutions to project management
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and multiple project teams
Streamlines processes for better efficiencies within the group operations
Develops new methods that will generate revenue and maintain profitability
Ensures that quality control visibility, metrics and processes are maintained throughout
Performs other duties as directed
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or five years of prior relevant experience
Comprehensive experience and thorough understanding of wireless carrier billing and associated tariffs, and contracts in order to audit billed wireless telecom services
Ability to understand wireless (cellular) networks and a good knowledge of wireless services
Experience working with carriers and their processes for escalating requests in a vendor environment
Ability to validate related carrier inventory and a good knowledge of carrier portals and reports
Understanding of client hierarchy and escalation levels
General knowledge of business tools, operations and structures
Solid experience with Excel and Access.
Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills
Extreme attention to detail and a strong ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Must be comfortable interacting with high-level client executives
Computer savvy with proficiency in Word, Excel and Access a plus
Emphasis on customer service and quality
Follows through on all commitments.
