The Mobility Solutions Engineer is an integral part of Vox Mobile. This role will work directly with both new and existing clients and is responsible for providing on-site or remote support, for server installation, troubleshooting, network configuration and design, disaster recovery, and training and documentation. With this role focusing on Mobility Solutions, activity will be centered around BlackBerry Enterprise Servers, Good for Enterprise, Airwatch and Mobile Iron Environments and other Mobile Device Management technologies.
Participate in professional service delivery, either onsite or remotely
Pre-sales technical consulting
Deliver professional service support to clients on-site as it pertains to server installation and set-up
Assist clients with their network configuration and design
Conduct on-site and remote training for clients
Participate as an active member of the team providing value and cross training
Provide knowledge base articles for support organization
Stay current on relative technology, focusing on technical areas that complement the mobility and messaging arenas
Relevant knowledge of current and future Vox Mobile MDM offerings (e.g. BES, GOOD, Mobile Iron, Airwatch, Zenprise, etc.)
Travel is required in this role
Skills, Requirements & Knowledge
A minimum of 5 years of experience working in front of clients
2+ years of experience in the Managed Mobility Services industry
Experience managing server infrastructure
Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanor
Experience facilitating training to all levels within an organization both on-site and remote via ?GoToMeeting?
Ability to trouble-shoot and resolve problems
Strong writing skills, including the ability to document process and procedures
