Mobility Support Specialist Vox Mobile
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Vox Mobile is seeking an individual to join our rapidly growing team as a Mobility Support Specialist. The role is an integral part of Vox Mobile, providing excellent customer service to our clients in relation to mobile technology. This individual will work in our mobile support center, responsible for the following tasks / responsibilities:
?Provide quality customer service on all inbound and outbound interactions through Support Center Tools including Parature, i3 phone system, and Vox Mobile?s knowledgebase.
?Provide Tier 1 technical support services to our Mobility Managed Services customer base, including device troubleshooting, device activations, and device swaps.
?Complete standard carrier interactions on behalf of the client end user.
?Direct user or submit on behalf of user Procurement requests through dedicated fulfillment channel.
?Navigate systems in order to provide real time status updates for transactional requests.
?Ensure proper escalation channels are utilized by working collaboratively with multiple departments within the organization including Tier II Technical Support, Procurement, and Client Coordination.
?Staying current on relative technology paying special attention to the technical areas that complement the Mobility arena.
Skills, Knowledge & Requirements:
?Experience with Mobility devices will be a plus, but may not be required based on other experience. Requires a bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience.
?2 + years of customer service or related work experience.
?Working towards any Microsoft Certification will be a strong consideration
?Knowledge of MS office applications, especially Excel is required.
?Strong organizational and customer service skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
?Effective ability to collaborate with others.
?Self-motivation and direction along with a strong work ethic required.
