Summary:
Acquia is looking for service-oriented individuals with strong diagnostic skills to help deliver high-value, remote technical support services to medium and large enterprise clients worldwide.
As a specialist on the Client Advisory team, you will provide a broad range of technical support services to clients with a specialty focus on the Mollom spam protection service. As part of the Client Advisory team, you will work alongside Drupal experts in a fast-paced and collaborative environment to deliver this premium adjunct service.
Training will be provided on Mollom-specific product knowledge, support tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer subscription and account management issues
Handle general inquiries on Mollom product functionality and capability
Deliver technical support on the implementation and operation of the Mollom service
Troubleshoot customer implementation and operational issues
Investigate issues using internal web tools; analyze sets of data to decipher patterns leading to issue resolutions
Track customer communications and activities via the ticket management system
Manage, prioritize and drive technical escalations with the Engineering team
Track and report support and feature requests; provide development input
Develop and maintain best practice, process, and troubleshooting documentation
Required Skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Strong technical analytical skills
Intermediate understanding of IP management, networking, and DNS
Intermediate understanding of web application functionality
Basic network knowledge (CDNs, reverse proxies and firewalls)
Comfort with operating and troubleshooting from the Linux command line
Desired Skills:
Admin level experience with Drupal or WordPress
Multi-lingual (French, German, Spanish or Dutch)
