The Recruiting Manager will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute hiring strategies and plans for the Residential Lending group. In addition, the Recruiting Manager will be personally responsible for the full-life cycle of management-level openings as well as other openings as assigned. The Recruiting Manager will foster an environment of continuous improvement and lead the recruiters in finding the strongest candidates through creative sourcing and interviewing.
? The Recruiting Manager is responsible for managing all facets of recruiting activity for the Residential Lending Group.
? Build and develop excellent working relationships with client and key stakeholders to develop thorough understanding of business plans to identify resourcing requirements.
? Develop recommend and execute sourcing strategies for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site line of business.
? Provide internal and external market intelligence to ensure competitive advantages to deliver recruiting strategy and hire internal/external candidates
? Developing the capabilities of the recruiting team in the areas of effective sourcing, interviewing, and assessment of candidates.
? Analyzing hiring results, metrics and trends to manage performance of team and individuals.
? Educating and assisting managers in the recruiting and selection process.
? Personally responsible for the full-life cycle of management-level openings as well as other openings as assigned.
? Maintaining current knowledge of relevant recruiting procedures and practices in compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations, and Company policies and procedures.
? Driving an efficient, consistent hiring process from start to finish, including driving best practices in hiring process and hiring decisions, interview techniques, sourcing strategies, etc.
? Maintaining visibility/transparency into recruiting activity including time to fill and cost per hire, hiring manager satisfaction.
? Responsible for talent management including recruiting, development of team members as well as succession planning.
? Other duties as assigned
? Assist with the development and implementation of employment branding strategies to attract passive job seeker.
? Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements)
? Recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing agency setting preferably financial services with minimum 5 years recruiting for professional/managerial roles.
? Prior supervisory experience coaching and leading a team is required.
? Relevant experience with compliance and risk mitigation.
? Preferred experience utilizing a variety of recruiting resources including ATS, research, cold-calling, internal searches, meet and greets and networking with community groups .
? Ability to manage internal stakeholders with strong customer service focus and demonstrated multitasking skill, including responsiveness and ability to prioritize
Training and Experience
? Prior experience supporting the mortgage industry a must.
? College Degree preferred.
? Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting professional and executive level roles.
? Proven experience in a broad spectrum of direct sourcing methodologies (including passive sourcing) .
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Strong partnership and influencing skills.
? Strong coaching/management skills.
? Proven recruiting strategy development and execution.
