Dedicated telephone based Office 365 leads pre-sales for complex and competitive opportunities. This includes proving the value of Office 365, developing customer trust in Microsoft?s cloud services, and leading Office 365 contract negotiation. This results in higher market share, increased satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Lead and own Office 365 opportunities driving a customer decision. Winning business case and customer proposals working with partners. Host and manage follow up from Solution Alignment Workshop. Manage escalations and contract change process with the sales management, WWLP, and BG. Forecast and ROB reporting. Grow the Online Services revenue. Meet or exceed sub scorecard metrics for Office 365 wins. The preceding functions have been provided as examples of the types of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification. 2+ years of sales experience in IT Bachelors Degree (or comparable) in relevant area of study Advanced communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, combined with high levels of organizational ability Good understanding of inside sales techniques Good knowledge of features, benefits and competitive positioning of Microsoft products Some knowledge of marketing theory and principles will be preferred Proficient in computer systems, in particular experience with navigating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems an advantage Bilingualism Desired CRM Experience (Seibel, Onyx, Pivotal, etc.) Must demonstrate leadership abilities and maintain a strategic, visionary outlook Ideal candidate is dynamic, adaptable, and proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit
