Trusted advisor, responsible for the implementation of revenue cycle management programs in client businesses. Advise on best practices to optimize financial performance and meet KPIs.
Responsible for client financial analytics and adherence to contractual agreements
Build strong customer relationships to maintain and grow business.
Identify requirements; ensure financial programs and systems meet client needs.
Create plans, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor work flow and report on progress.
Document, communicate and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Analyze performance data, resolve issues and coordinate implementation of best practices
Provide feedback to service teams and suggest new services.
Provide input and assist in the preparation of management presentations.
Participate in client meetings as the delivery expert.
May lead and coach lower level client delivery team members.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Proficient in customer relationship management
Proficient in process mapping, project management and relational database concepts.
Strong presentation, Interpersonal and influencing skills.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and cognitive ability
Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business analytics platforms.
A team player. Handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Accountable for the financial performance and business relationship with the clients they serve.
Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent client relationship experience required.
3 to 5 years of experience in a client service environment.
Healthcare experience highly preferred.
