Reporting to Client Management leadership, the Client Executive is accountable for managing the business relationship, revenue stream, profitability and delivery oversight of services to key clients. A trusted advisor to Executive level Management at small or moderate hospital system. Manage multiple services lines with a large mixed project portfolio in multiple markets.
Assesses client''s business environment and designs the business development plan and business case for MedSynergies'' services correlating to revenue growth.
Presents business plans and developmental strategies to executive team.
Partners with the Client Delivery team by providing direction for alignment with the business plan. Analyzes key metrics and feedback to ensure MedSynergies is meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Understands business levers and leverages MedSynergies'' product portfolio to ensure that MedSynergies'' services are optimized to make a difference for the client.
Provides input to shape MedSynergies'' client Services, Business Development and Service Delivery Platforms.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
High degree of customer relationship management expertise leading to increased revenue opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead the day to day client service relationships.
Ability to negotiate moderately complex contacts with moderate business growth opportunities.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
Be available for travel as much as 50% of the time.
A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 5 years of Healthcare Operations/Consulting.
8-10 years over seeing delivery and managing client relationships.
Business finance and physician relations experience preferred.
