Prepares and/or maintains documentation pertaining to systems, projects, or programs. Translates business specifications into user documentation. Plans, writes, and maintains systems and user support documentation efforts, including online help screen.
Meets with key stakeholders of applications systems, programs, or departments to document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and checklists. Updates applicable systems with the same.
Coordinates and schedules various projects, departmental meetings, communications, and events. Document status updates, project plans, and communicates changes to interested parties as needed.
Creates and updates various spreadsheets for tracking projects, contacts, etc. Ensures documentation is accurate and up to date.
Participates in special projects or completes other duties as assigned.
Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
Must have experience in writing and maintaining project documentation.
Excellent organization, time management, verbal and written communication skills.
Associates degree in Business Administration or related field.
2-4 years of related experience. Healthcare experience a plus.
