Axiom, a new model professional services firm and a revolution in the legal industry, is seeking a Support Services Associate to join the Technology group of our Managed Services team in Axiom?s Houston office. Managed Services is the Axiom division responsible for development, implementation, and delivery of Axiom?s team-based outsourced legal service offerings, including the supporting technology platform.
The Role
As we continue to blaze trails through the legal industry, we?re looking for an eager, energetic, and enthusiastic Support Services Associate to provide administration, maintenance, support and training services as part of our delivery services in support of Axiom Managed Services? offerings. As such, the Support Services Associate plays a key role in the delivery of Managed Services and the ongoing success of Axiom. This is a truly rare opportunity for an individual with strong project management, technical and system design skills who want to support the dive for innovation in a rapidly changing legal environment of which Axiom is very much at the forefront of this movement.
Responsibilities include:
Providing technical and user support services for the Managed Services? deployed environments and its user community
Providing administration, maintenance, and support for the Managed Services? deployed environments
Developing training programs, material, and deliver training sessions as part of coordinated training and system go-live activities
Driving user check-in programs through regular user group program(s), phone calls, emails and other communications
Develop protocols for User Acceptance Testing, Training and Support procedures
Contributing to protocols for converting requirements definitions to system design, configuration and deployment procedures
Developing and publishing knowledge base content and or technical notes to a customer portal.
Working with members of the Solutions Design Team in addressing specific client situations defining modifications to a client?s current workflows, team structures, processes, and tools that will deliver significant improvements in quality, cost, and service levels
Supporting sales activities and internal initiatives as required
Contributing to building Axiom?s proprietary Intellectual Property in the rapidly changing Managed Contracts Services business area
Our ideal candidate

Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or a related field required
3+ years enterprise developer level technical support experience for a SaaS vendor (e.g. Salesforce)
Experience in client facing support
7+ years in the Software Industry (e.g. other experience implementing, consulting, QA or product development)
Certified Salesforce administrator and / or strong technical skills in the Salesforce platform
Experience with coding/visual force pages/apex, Force.com API (WSDL), workflow & approvals, reports, custom objects and tabs, email services, security controls, AppExchange package & custom application, sandbox data loading
A solid track record in working and resolving customer technical issues
Experience in providing timely and detailed email based support using a case (SR) tracking system like Salesforce or Siebel
Experience in developing and publishing knowledge base content and or technical notes
Experience in providing administration support for a case tracking system and or customer self-help system like Salesforce or Siebel
Views their career as Technical Support professional
Experience in working within a global support team (e.g. India)

Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management a plus
Superb time management, judgment, decision-making and problem solving skills, forward thinking and solutions orientated approach at all times
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Visio)
Highly proficient verbal communication skills with excellent written communication skills
Highly organized, acute attention to detail, and ability to operate in a high pressure, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
An exemplar service ethic whilst contributing to individual and team goals
Ability to rapidly become technically proficient with salesforce.com and Apttus solutions.
