The multi-channel marketing manager will report to Extraprise?s chief marketing officer and play a key role in the company?s marketing strategy, positioning and messaging, and go-to-market execution by driving campaigns, content strategy and execution across all marketing channels. The multi-channel marketing manager will help formulate Extraprise?s multi-channel marketing strategy and then work with the team to create high value, engaging campaigns and content that spans outbound demand generation, Web site, social media, SEM, events, infographics, video, sales tools, demos, interactive tools / widgets, and collaterals. A key ability to combine marketing strategy, creativity, and content strategy and execution, with applicability to various marketing channels, to build brand and demand for our services is critical.
The multi-channel marketing manager will:
Contribute to further development of Extraprise?s go-to-market strategy, and be specifically focused on helping to drive our multi-channel market strategy around aligning channels to target markets and to create content
Spearhead the development and creation of all content across every marketing channel
Be a key, creative thinker on creating new forms of content that drives measurable engagement from our target markets of CMOs, marketers, and marketing operations
Lead other marketing team members in creating various forms of content, and be a proactive marketing leader in helping to drive the use of social media throughout the Extraprise organization
Play an active role in building Extraprise?s brand identity across all key marketing channels
Play an active and leading role in identifying the way our target markets would like to be engaged, and then make specific recommendations about leveraging marketing channels and creating and mapping content to that level of engagement in the channel
Work with the team to drive campaigns that produce measureable brand and demand results.
The candidate must have a strong track record of achievement in driving the development and creation of campaigns and content in an innovative, strategic, and creative marketing environment. This is the ideal position for an individual who wants to combine their strategic marketing, creative, and writing abilities and apply them to multi-channel marketing. Our target market, focusing on marketers at the manager level and above, creates the opportunity for the right individual to hone and develop more sophisticated marketing skills to progress in their career.
Candidates must possess the following capabilities, experience, and skills:
Three to five years of marketing related experience, creating various forms of content and applying them to various marketing channels
A solid understanding of multi-channel marketing and a track record of engaging prospects and customers through content and channels
Demonstrable creativity through previous work, and tying it to measureable results
An understanding and appreciation of social media, applying it to a B2B context, evolving Web sites for a sophisticated audience like marketers, and an ability to create many forms of content for demand generation campaigns
Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills with an ability to drive results
A passion for innovative marketing that is relevant to create engagement.
The candidate will also have the following technical skills:
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, with design software a plus
Experience with Web-based CMS, blogging platforms, social media tools and platforms.
The candidate will preferably have Bachelor?s degree in English, communications, or marketing.
