The above role covers three different functional roles:
Technical Support (95% of time)
Technical Trainer (3% of time)
Professional Services (2% of time
Pre-Requisites for the roles as a very minimum are:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
At least 2 years experience with Customer Service of complex software products
2+ years experience with Windows Server Edition NOT Desktop preferably Windows 2008
Networking experience
Storage experience
Hardware experience
For UK - Fluent in German/French & English. Written & Verbal.
For Japan & USA ? Fluent in English. Written & Verbal
Advantageous attributes:
Integration experience
Experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN)
Familiarity with Storage Industry
Backup technology experience
Datacenter experience
A six-month trial period is agreed at the end of which a decision is made to make the role permanent or not.
