Summary
This entry level position in Music & Messaging Services includes Distinctive Featuring, basic audio editing, music culling and research. This position serves in an administrative capacity to assist Music & Messaging Supervisor?s with ongoing music and messaging production work orders and schedules.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
?Review songs for Distinctive Features
?Edit songs with lyric issues or technical flaws
?Edit messaging voiceovers by removing breaths, silence and technical flaws
?Support Music and Messaging Supervisors with content, scheduling and troubleshooting
?Effectively communicate with internal and external clients and vendors
?Support QC process for both music & messaging
?Prepare ship and or post demo discs, MP3 Data Discs, FTP placement WireDrive, etc.
?Email messaging projects
?Assist message tracking, organization and monthly totals
?Assist with digitizing and ingestion of messages into PlayNetworks proprietary systems
?Assist in culling music and or messaging that match a client?s specifications
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
?Cataloging of content
?Assist in ordering appropriate CDs for sound effects and/or royalty free music
?Assist Music Supervisors with client specific research
?Help identify and trouble shoot process improvements
Experience/Education/Certifications
?Experience with data bases and music related software
?Recording and audio editing experience
Required Skills and Abilities
?Efficiently and creatively manage Electronic Profile accounts
?Manage client job schedules in a proficient and timely manner
?Solid communication skills with PlayNetwork staff; ability to follow through and resolve issues
?Ability to self manage tasks and set priorities
