The Account Manager serves as one of the primary points of contact for existing clients while also interacting regularly with the General Manager to help with day to day work. The AM is expected to provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals internally to ensure quality of customer experience. The AM will also be expected to assist with internal projects to help improve efficiency and execution of business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for large amount of existing client communication.
- Reviews and evaluates new and existing client inventory, including scheduling and entry.
- Maintains detailed schedule of inventory for company's marketing efforts.
- Ensures timely reporting of sales to clients on weekly and monthly basis.
- Handles all contract distribution and execution with clients.
- Works with clients daily to ensure timely delivery of inventory to company.
- Implements website promos for weekly featured deals
- Provides regular two-way communication between the client and General Manger, to provide timely updates and set proper client expectations.
Requirements:
- Motivated, goal oriented, self starter who is eager to grow in evolving company
- Account Management experience a plus but not required
- Extremely detail oriented
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
- Bachelors degree
