National Account Executive Peak 10

General Description:
The Peak 10 National Account Executive (NAE) is an outside sales role with national sales responsibilities. The NAE will be responsible and accountable for prospecting and driving sales for new business outside of the cities where Peak 10 has data centers. The NAE will represent all of Peak 10?s products and services to prospective clients. The prospects will include small and medium businesses as well as larger enterprises in all industry segments. The NAE will be responsible for prospecting and developing solutions for clients and closing business. In addition, the NAE will be responsible for Customer Satisfaction and providing input to the business on customer and market needs. It is preferred that the NAE reside in a market where Peak 10 has a data center.
Key Responsibilities:
? Meet or exceed quota
? Building and executing territory development plan outside of the current Peak 10 markets
? Prospecting, selling and closing new business (new accounts)
? Maintaining CRM - Pipeline
? Represent Peak 10 in the marketplace
Requirements:
Knowledge and Skills:
? At least 10 years sales experience selling complex solutions (technology services, datacenter, or managed services, preferred)
? Proven track record of success
? Small/medium company experience
? Consultative selling experience (selling capabilities rather than just products)
? Ability to call on C-Level executives
? Financial Solution Selling Experience
? Strong national contact base and ability to convert to opportunities
? Ability to work in a team environment
? Technical acumen
? Excellent listening, writing & presentation skills
? Ability to partner and influence
? Territory plan development & execution
? Ability to travel nationally
