The Sales Manager position is responsible for revenue growth with an assigned retail customer base. This position builds customer relationships, manages all product placements, and creates promotional and comprehensive marketing strategies. The Regional Sales Manager works externally with retail Category Managers and internally with Incomm Sales team, and other supporting departments. The ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment is paramount.
Maintains existing book of customer business.
Creates, fosters and builds key account relationships.
Cultivates knowledge of Incomm products and services.
Manages new and existing product placements.
Generates and analyzes revenue reports and trends.
Produces merchant presentations.
Creates and implements product promotions and marketing strategies.
Resolves difficult or stressful customer service issues.
Seeks and acquires new business partners.
Executes instructions with minimum oversight and direction.
Prepares routine administrative paperwork.
Coordinates travel planning and scheduling
Bachelor?s degree or minimum 5 years of experience in related Sales / Account Management position.
Minimum 5 years? experience in sales or related field. Previous experience in prepaid industry and / or vendor sales desirable, but not required.
Savvy negotiation skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, compromise and close business deals.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
Excellent communication ability, interpersonal skills, business acumen, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
