The National Account Manager (NAM) ? NorCal role at Keynote is responsible for managing existing client relationships and developing new business relationships with Fortune 1000 and key internet businesses in the Northern California. The National Account Manager will prospect for new opportunities and up-sell existing strategic account relationships in the following product categories:
Web Performance Monitoring focusing on true end user experience from Keynotes global test and measurement network. Also, availability monitoring for critical operations web based applications and transactions both behind the firewall and from the edge (middle mile) endpoints, leveraging a global network of agents.
Mobile Testing and Monitoring Services ? provides end-to-end testing and monitoring of mobile content, applications, and services on real devices across multiple mobile operator networks around the world. Keynote?s mobile infrastructure is the foundation upon which Operators, OEM vendors, Content and Service Providers, and Mobile Enterprises test, measure and improve the mobile eco-system end user experience.
Load Testing - Keynote?s LoadPro service is the gold standard for e- commerce?s largest and most sophisticated companies. Our LoadPro service simulates actual user traffic from the outside-in, stressing a company?s entire infrastructure -- and identifying performance constraints that cannot be identified with lab testing, or other solutions.
Customer Experience & Usability Services - Our suite of products and services enables customers to perform behavioral and attitudinal analysis, real-world user testing, online surveys, and competitive and market intelligence.
Keynote is seeking a National Account Manager - NorCal to sell Keynote?s full portfolio of services in the greater Northern California area. This senior sales position reports to the Western Regional Director of Sales, North America. Your primary objective will be to expand Keynote revenue?s through the acquisition of new clients.
The primary activities will consist of prospecting, selling, generating and delivering proposals, closing new business, and managing account relationships. The compensation package includes a base salary, plus commission associated with sales objectives.
Bachelor's Degree and multiple years of successful sales of IT and/or Internet related professional services
Established relationships selling into the enterprise Fortune 1000 space and large scale internet platform companies
Experience in consultative selling to senior executives and managing these relationships
Partnership, channels and business development experience is highly desirable
Experience with Internet application testing, performance monitoring, and Web acceleration products/services is highly desirable
Mobility sales or business development experience a plus
