Summary
A National Accounts Consultant will be responsible for cultivating relationships with large health systems, large hospitals and large group practices. The National Accounts Consultant will also work to create sales opportunities with medical societies, hospital associations and third party contractors. This position requires regular travel to visit potential clients and attend conferences and conventions. Adheres to company mission and values.
Job Duties
Essential -
? Contact new potential clients regarding all Weatherby Healthcare service offerings
? Negotiate according to Weatherby Healthcare strategy, client contracts for locum tenens service, advanced practices and permanent placement services; serve as Agent in making contractual commitments on behalf of the company
? Leverage current relationships to grow business across specialties and gain access to large health systems
? Develop new business for multiple specialties and customize service to fit client needs
? Be prepared to travel for the purpose of face to face interactions with clients and potential clients
? Demonstrate clear understanding of various types of Health Care delivery systems and put plans in place to address customer needs as requested
? Interface with CHG, Inc. divisions, teams and departments regarding client needs
? Maintain and update client information in database
? Work with CHG corporate business development team to negotiate and submit RFP responses
? Maintain oversight of accounts to ensure client satisfaction and building high level relationships
? Develop with Sales Leaders new target marketing plans and strategies that grow market share
? Focus on client facing activities with Weatherby?s Top 10 ? 20 clients

Requirements
Skills:
Essential -

? Working knowledge of physician and clinical practices
Experience & Education:
Essential -
? Minimum of three years of proven experience in healthcare staffing
? Minimum of seven years of professional sales
? Proven success in development and growth of large enterprise accounts
? Proven, successful track record of hitting sales goals and quotas
Abilities:

? Ability to devise and execute work goals independently
? Ability to understand complex healthcare systems
? Ability to target and sell to high level decision makers
? Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives
? Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communication
? Analyze business trends/indicators and create successful business plans
