National Accounts Executive Kimbia
The National Accounts Executive will be responsible for building strategic relationships and positioning Kimbia?s products and consulting services with named major accounts in the US with an emphasis on the fundraising market.
This is a highly visible sales position; as such, a proven track record of success in complex sales with large accounts is required. The successful candidate must be highly self-motivated, goal oriented and capable of identifying and developing collaborative working relationships with key account decision makers at all organization levels.

Duties & Responsibilities
Direct major-account sales campaigns for Kimbia?s products and services, while developing a credible, advisory relationship with targeted accounts
Understand the goals and challenges of each account, specifically related to fundraising and utilize to establish a collaborative digital marketing strategy with the customer
Work closely with Marketing, Sales and SEs to drive and manage the digital marketing plan
Identify, establish, report and maintain opportunity pipeline and forecast
20-40 % travel
The National Accounts Executive will be tasked with exceeding personal sales performance goals to maximize the revenue, profitability and market share of Kimbia. She/He will be integral in identifying opportunities and activities necessary to increase online fundraising and online registration for a diverse customer set in the markets.
Responsibilities include identification of the highest value sales opportunities, in-depth qualification of prospect business needs, presentation of the Kimbia value for each unique opportunity, negotiation of business terms, execution of the required agreements and documentation of the process in the Kimbia sales systems.
Preferred Experience, Skills and Education
Bachelors degree (BA or BS)
10 years of experience selling software solutions and consulting services to major accounts
Experience selling for a small software company
Successful track record of lead generation, opening new accounts, management of ongoing client relationships, and successfully closing deals
Successful track record of selling complex software solutions to nonprofits and universities
Capable of translating customer fundraising challenges into Kimbia solutions
Capable of producing and articulating account campaign strategies based on customer needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Sales Force Automation systems or databases
Candidates local to Austin, TX preferred
