National Channel Sales Executive / Sales Account Manager Liaison Technologies
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Liaison Technologies is looking for a dynamic, motivated, experienced and skilled individual to join our Business Development/Channel Sales team and play a critical role in increasing our market penetration and revenue goals. This position will be responsible for delivering the Liaison Technologies message to target companies, generating and pursuing qualified leads, and meeting revenue objectives for referral and reseller partnerships. The ability to effectively communicate business value to high level executives, coupled with the capacity to understand technology requirements and think on your feet is required.
Overview of Responsibilities
Responsibility for developing, managing and supporting our referral/reseller sales programs and direct sales initiatives to drive opportunity identification, new leads, create pipeline and close deals.
Meet quarterly sales quota. Meet revenue goals and plans as outlined by (Title TBD) and CEO?s corporate strategy and goals.
Develop and implement a territory sales plan, including strategies for optimizing revenue from Channel Referral and/or Resellers.
Works closely with Referral/Reseller sales team members, within territory, to promote opportunity identification, increase partner visibility, and promote the Liaison Technologies brand within the partner organization.
Find, develop and negotiate sales prospects within our strategic alliances and partnerships.
Gain clear understanding of prospect business and requirements and apply appropriate technical solution to solve the business need.
Coordinates meetings, lead sales presentations, and generate proposals for prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Strong consultative sales skills and good understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) and application integration, business to business (B2B) integration and premise to SaaS integration needs in the market.
Maintain accurate and complete sales process data within Salesforce CRM, as well as create reports for pipeline and forecast review.
Understand Liaison Technologies product strengths, functionality, positioning, and competition ? and adapt that understanding to prospects specific pain points.
Keeps management informed of issues, concerns and/or opportunities as it relates to customer feedback.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Foster and maintain excellent working relationships with the extended Liaison Technologies team.
Work closely and collaboratively with Liaison Technologies Client Services to coordinate implementation activities, confirm technical requirements, and facilitate a seamless transition from closed sale to solution implementation.
Successful record and broad experience selling to C- or VP-level executives of large enterprises
Proven ability to evaluate partnerships, determine joint value propositions and drive revenue
Strong presentation skills and ability to organize thoughts and share a clear and concise point of view
Strong listening and writing skills
Consultative sales complemented by creative negotiations
Individual initiative balanced by small-team skills
Broad network of loyal clients and partners
Ability to understand and communicate technical information
Willingness to travel?both domestic and international
PC Skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
Experience with IT outsourcing, middleware software, business process management solutions.
Deep industry experience in one of the following vertical segments: Financial Services; High Tech; Automotive; Aerospace and Defense; Government; Retail; Energy; or Utility.
Supply chain, demand chain or enterprise applications experience with one of the following organizations: SAP; Oracle; IBM; Lawson Software; Ariba; SaaS Providers.
Integration experience with one of the following organizations: WebSphere, WebMethods; SeeBeyond; Vitria; TIBCO; CommerceOne; or any EDI VAN.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in technology or business.
Self-starter, ownership of goals, objectives. Ability to thrive under the pressure of constant change, demands of partners, customers and our internal departments.
Mature, seasoned and resourceful leader who must be able to work effectively at all levels. Excellent interpersonal skills will be required to build strong relationships to lead and unify the Liaison Technologies team.
Strong stature and presence. Must be highly credible both internally and with business partners and investors. Create tactical and strategic relationships at all levels of organizations to drive Liaison Technologies goals and objectives.
Highly self-motivated, aggressive and objective driven.
