National Director of Channel Sales Centrify

Be responsible for the Company's cloud-based, single sign-on solutions for the United States.
Manage the Company's existing channel sales personnel.
Own the process of identifying, recruiting, training and motivating reselling partners for all solutions of the Company, with special emphasis on the SaaS market.
Be responsible for developing and coordinating a campaign to cross-sell the Company's existing customers to our cloud-based solutions.
Own the channel program, improving and expanding it, as needed. Included in this is the development of training materials appropriate for partners and new employees.
Assist in closing major end-user accounts for our cloud services.
Conduct activities such as seminars, webinars, lunch and learns, etc to build awareness and momentum for the Company's solutions.
Work with marketing personnel to develop collateral and relevant sales materials.
5+ years outside sales management experience selling in the enterprise security software market.
Prior experience selling into the access and identity management market a plus.
Must have previous experience selling a security-oriented SaaS-based solution.
Strong awareness and previous experience working with channel partners.
Very collaborative, knowing how to work effectively with other members of the sales team and in a matrix-oriented sales environment.
4 year degree required, plus relevant work experience.
