Job Summary:
Bridgevine develops online experiences for people that are moving. As part of the experience, consumers can use Bridgevine to find a mover, file address change forms and sign-up for home services, such as, high speed Internet, television, home security, competitive electricity service and more. Bridgevine services customers nationwide. We are seeking candidates for the position of National Sales Director that focus on building new advertising program relationships along with national, regional and local moving companies.
This position will be located in Vero Beach, FL.
Job Description:
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
? Secure new advertising program relationships (fee based and bounty based) with national, regional and local merchants.
? Build relationships with national, regional and local moving companies.
? Understand the Bridgevine suite of products including policies and procedures, product benefits, competitive advantages, features, pricing, and the role products can play in building advertisers' business.
? Develop persuasive proposals that include program/price/terms that lead to efficient, effective and renewable business.
? Identify prospects, cold call or find route in, create interest in products, present programs, demonstrate business building opportunity, and recommend participation.
? Secure signed contracts (within program deadlines).
? Work with Account Management to execute successful test for advertising partners, and convert to on-going national participation.
? Participate in the development and constant improvement of a Sales and Service team.
? Develop annual sales plan and provide update on sales progress via sales forecasting process.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s Degree required (BA/BS).
? Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in advertising or direct marketing related business; experience in limited resource and Value-Based pricing environment; prior experience in start-up business, knowledge of moving industry and existing agency relationships helpful.
? Self-starter with boundless energy and passion for selling; highest of quality standards & ethics
? Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
? Team player with strong collaboration skills.
? Proficient in developing and presenting creative business solutions.
? Strong analytical ability to include managing client programs against payout, ROI, margin and test expectations.
? Competitive.
? Adaptable to changing market conditions; proven track record of success/quota attainment.
