National Sales Director Phreesia
The Sales Directors play a leading role in the success of the business. Your target market includes independent groups/networks of 50+ physicians as well as integrated health systems employing large numbers of physicians. Expanding Phreesia?s network in these sophisticated, enterprise opportunities requires a strategic leader comfortable driving commitment in the boardroom with prospects? senior executives.
Help ambulatory healthcare stakeholders improve financial performance through process improvement, automation and services.
Close multi-year contracts for use of the Phreesia service by our largest customers.
Promote patient experience improvement and fiscal benefits for the client.
Maintain an active pipeline, drive complete sales cycles with prospects of 50+ physicians.
Leverage your ?circle of influence? from previous success for continual referrals.
Coordinate prospect-facing work with product and implementation teams.
Attend industry trade shows and conferences several times annually. Overnight travel often.
Bachelor?s Degree required; Master?s Degree preferred.
Intelligent, ambitious, competitive enterprise sales leader.
Proven top producers in previous sales roles, with emphasis on RCM / SaaS / IT sectors.
Phreesia expects solid experience in a remote-selling environment using a multi-step sales cycle with a variety of prospect stakeholders.
Product presentations / demonstrations, leveraging functional resources within Phreesia.
SalesForce.com pipeline management & reporting.
A successful producer is comfortable with medical terminology, revenue cycle and health IT jargon.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams is valued (product development, product marketing, implementation, support).
Working knowledge of medical practice workflow and operational issues.
Working knowledge of healthcare reforms, payer markets and consumer-centric IT.
