We are seeking a talented National Sales Manager, based in Japan, to join our senior leadership team. As the National Sales Manager ? Japan, you are responsible for identifying, managing and overseeing all aspects of Teradici?s relationships with all Enterprise commercial customers, partners, and integrators. In this high profile and local market role, you are the guardian of these customer relationships, orchestrating the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive product, services and solutions to this market.

Direct the strategic account relationships between Teradici and the VMware regional team.
Ensure that end customers understand all the capabilities of Teradici features and benefits.
Build the business case for each opportunity within the account.
Effectively prospect, identify, qualify, own and manage the end user- sales pipeline.
Develop effective working relationships with regional system integrators.
Establish and maintain working relationships with the commercial sales teams of our OEMs.
Consistently strive to meet or exceed established goals.
Develop, build and maintain account plans for each major end user opportunity.
Develop proficiency on all assigned Teradici and partner products, programs and systems.
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the Teradici team.
Use CRM (Salesforce.com) package for all information regarding sales stages and prospects.
Portray a professional image in all communications.Participate in negotiating contracts, pricing and terms.

Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
10+ years of sales management experience in the commercial region (required)
Experience with Desktop Virtualization or Cloud Computing essential
Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C level executives and other decision makers
Demonstrated experience directly leading and coordinating internal company resources, with ability to impact and influence through a collaborative approach
Proven experience building and managing sales teams
Exceptional, demonstrated consultative sales skills
Ability to craft a solution with services that meet business goals based on client discussions
An effective, persuasive speaker and writer who can communicate effectively with both internal client management and external client groups
Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
A self-starter, able to work effectively with little supervision and remotely
Available to travel as required
