Overview:
As a Network Administrator, you will serve as San Francisco, CA based representative of the Corporate IT Dept. Primary responsibilities will include the management and
deployment of Microsoft Windows servers, Windows desktop/laptop support, network
administration, VMWare administration, Cisco Call Manager administration,
mobile device, printer and end-user support. This role will also act as
part of a team that serves as both back-end infrastructure engineering, and
end-user support. You must come with an emphasis on customer service, a
strong work ethic, an ability to operate independently, and a positive
attitude. Brilliant ideas are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
Major Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Administration of a Windows Active Directory
domain, including Windows 2003R2/2008R2 Domain Controllers, Exchange server(s),
file, print and application servers.
Support Windows XP,
Windows 7 x64 and Mac OS X clients in an Active Directory environment.
General administration of hybrid Avaya IPOffice
phones and Cisco CallManager system.
Support of end user computing environment in the
San Francisco office and remote users.
Setup of new users including preparation of
desktops and laptops, Active Directory/Exchange account creation, software
installation.
Hardware and software support of PCs and Macs
including OS installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Responsible for local network security,
including OS vulnerability patching and anti-virus updates.
Accurate asset management, license tracking and
supervision of rolling laptop and desktop inventory.
