Responsibilities Install, configure, maintain and enhance network services in a Cisco/Juniper environment
Create and maintain network documentation and incident reports
Provide networking support to virtualization and SAN infrastructure
Install, configure, maintain and enhance monitoring services
Act as Tier 4 network support for internal employees
Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate nights and weekends
Required Skills
3-5+ years of IT operational experience providing expertise in designing, planning, installing, configuring, maintaining and enhancing Cisco networks and Microsoft systems and services
3+ years of experience assisting in the design, planning, installation, configuration, maintenance of virtualization systems and SANs
Outstanding collaborative communication, coordination, and organization skills
High degree of problem resolution working independently, as well as, part of a team
Ensure compliance within SSAE 15 SOC 2, ITIL, and CORBIT frameworks
Minimum certifications (or equivalent experience) include CCNP
Valued Experience
Solarwinds Network Performance Monitor
Juniper SRX (JuneOS)
GSLB Load Balancing
Certifications (or equivalent experience) include CCNP, VCP, MCITP, CCAA, PMI
