Job Description Tango Networks is seeking a highly talented and enthusiastic individual with an over-all understanding of the operation and support of enterprise data networks, IP-PBX networks, VoIP technologies, and wireless public carrier systems architecture. This position will be responsible for setting Tango?s internal IT strategy and maintaining Tango?s lab network, unified communications, as well as desktop support for Tango?s growing employees in the US and international.

Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Must be able to stay on task and manage projects accordingly, which includes time management, being task-oriented, ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, attention to details, setting and meeting deadlines, and accepting responsibility.
Experience in the implementation and support of enterprise data and VoIP networks with a focus on network and system administration.
Requires strong technical acumen in all areas of computer network design and troubleshooting, such as complex routing protocol configurations, quality-of-service, VPN infrastructure, VoIP, WAN protocols, MPLS, and multicast.
Solid understanding of Linux based operating system installation and administration. Familiarity with command line SQL database manipulation a plus.
Good technical knowledge of all facets of computer networking, including but not limited to: LAN switching, WAN technologies (Ethernet, MPLS), routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP), complex route redistribution, VPN, quality-of-service, VoIP protocols, and multicast.
Additional useful skills and experience include CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA CTP+, VoIP, Web Development, IMS/3GPP/3GPP2 architecture, Perl or Python Scripting.
