Duties:
Analyze, install, configure and maintain Five9 production and corporate network infrastructures. Troubleshoot network-related problems including issues with service providers, customer networks and VPNs. Apply understanding of Five9?s specific environment and proprietary application to determine the best course of action when fixing issues. Provide on-call support to upkeep Five9's 24x7 SaaS Call Center applications. Coordinate with customer enterprises in their implementations of VPN, MPLS and direct circuits to provide them with access to Five9's applications. Deploy and configure network equipment to support the expansion of Five9's infrastructure into multiple data centers. Collaborate with other Five9 teams to achieve common company goals.
Requirements:
Employer will accept Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a network-related occupation. Education or experience must include:
1. Network administration
2. Experience in Unix operating systems - server administration
3. Cisco Professional Certification (CCNP or CCDP, CCIP)
4. Experience with standard network and security change and configuration control policies
5. Experience with TCP/IP stack
6. RADIUS and TACACS protocols
7. Setup and maintain VPN configurations and GRE tunnels. Setup and maintain SSL VPN configurations for company infrastructure
8. Experience implementing VoIP solutions utilizing QoS, SIP, and MPLS Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco ASA 55xx Installation and configuration of Cisco ACS system.
9. Experience with telecom datacenter-datacenter communication channels
10. Configuration and troubleshooting following Cisco platforms: Nexus 7k, 5k; Cisco routers: 39xx, 29xx, ASR 10002; Cisco switches: 29xx, 3750
11. Experience wtih OSPF and BGP routing protocols
12. Experience with Cisco Optical Network Switches (ONS 15454)
