Job Description
Top Chicago based principle trading firm is seeking a network hardware engineer with experience developing custom network devices using FPGA or ASIC boards. Candidates will work with a close knit team of electrical engineers and software developers to lower latencies to global financial markets.
Candidates should have a strong background in Computer or Electrical Engineering and have 5+ years of developing custom FPGA or ASIC hardware for network IP stacks. Additionally, candidates should know how to develop embedded software for these devices. This is a big data, low latency enviroment and its expected that prior experience comes from similar applications.
