Five9 is looking for a Network Manager to manage a team of network professional is a 24/7 operation in the corporate office and company datacenters.
Responsibilities:
Lead design for datacenter and corporate network environments
Initiate projects for Network Operation improvements
Analyze history of network related incidents and do preventive measures
Troubleshoot network related issues and communicate with customers
Select and manage Network service providers
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience, Cisco certified CCNA engineer. CCNP is a desired.
7 years of experience on a service provider network in engineering or operations roles with at least 3 years of demonstrated team leadership success with an exceptionally strong data-driven analytical approach towards solving complex challenges.
Should have experience with architecture and implementations of solutions involving large data centers, interoffice routing plans, site2site VPNs, FWs, monitoring, etc.
Hands on skills for Cisco IOS and Nexus OS are a must, connect lab equipment, make tests, proof of concept.
Candidate should bring examples of their own Project Plans, Network Architectures, Routing Plans, network Diagrams with physical and logical connectivity maps.
Documenting solutions with diagrams and proper description is a must.
Project management skills
Lead, manage and develop the Network Operations team providing both technical guidance and strategic direction on network performance management.
Hands on experience of selecting and rolling out commercial and open source Network Management systems including EMS and OAMP functions.
Knowledge and experience in managing Cisco Nexus 7k/5k/2k, Cisco ASA 5585 firewalls, ASR 1000 and 2000 Routers, 3750 and 4900 Switches, SSL-VPN, Cisco Wi-Fi, authentication servers, Cisco Enterprise Voice solutions
Experience with incident response, information assurance, computer security best practices, system hardening, vulnerability management, antivirus, firewalls, IDS monitoring, and techniques for analyzing TCP/IP network traffic and event logs.
Demonstrate knowledge of platform operating systems (router platforms, LAN, WAN, and router protocols) and how they interact with the network.
Knowledge of Linux network functions
