Network Support Engineer ConteXtream

Our Network Support Engineer will be part of a bright team that embraces open communication, empowerment, innovation, teamwork and a shared focus on customer success.
Strong, 5+ years, IP based networking skills including core routing and switching, software virtualization, and/or cloud infrastructure.
Experience in supporting network and software implementation efforts.
Understanding virtualized compute / storage environments, packet analysis skills, and knowledge of wireless carrier network elements.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
Proven record of putting customer first, going the extra mile, and doing what is right.
Provide feedback on top customer issues and main support pain points.
Excellent technical aptitude and an eagerness to broaden technical base as it relates to grid computing skills and secure multi-tenant architectures.
Understanding and working knowledge of customer tracking, CRM, and telephony systems.
Ability to create knowledge and support articles, white papers, and other materials that enhance customer and peer knowledge of the technology.
Serve as the voice of the customer, both internal and external, and champion their cause for enhancements, updates, and advancement of the technology.
Experience in deploying and supporting software / hardware in large-scale, complex carrier & cloud datacenter environments.
Thrives in a small customer operation supporting high-visibility key accounts.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product development and pre-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written customer communication skills.
High caliber, high energy personality who loves excelling in a start-up company.
Understanding that this is a ground level opportunity in a growing start-up, so flexibility and diversity in responsibilities and schedule should be understood.
Maintain per-customer view of reported issues and configurations regularly communicate with customers, sales account teams and ConteXtream Development.
