THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Zogenix Neuroscience Account Managers will typically bring 2 to 4 years of experience as a specialty pharmaceutical sales representative. They will have a documented track record of producing exceptional sales results. The following is a description of required responsibilities as a Zogenix Neuroscience Account Manager:
Take full responsibility for achieving or exceeding Quarterly sales goals in their territory, understanding anyone who does not achieve sales performance expectations must show significant improvement in sales performance in the following quarter. Failure to show significant improvement in sales performance in the absence of extenuating circumstances, will lead to termination of employment with Zogenix.
Implement the marketing plan as directed and provide feedback to their Regional Business Director on any territory/customer specific information that leads them to seek Regional Business Director (RBD) approval to modify the plan (targeting decisions, resource allocation, etc).
Bring fully developed selling and territory management skills to the company, precluding the need for basic skills training.
Be an expert on Zogenix products and disease states.
Be the expert on the health care professionals they call on and the territory-specific business factors they manage (payers, key accounts, KOLs, retail pharmacies).
Provide on-going input to their RBD and the Marketing team on business issues, obstacles, best practices, and resource needs.
Be fully compliant with all company policies and procedures.
