Cupid is a busy cherub in the world of onefinestay ? guests often swoon when they step inside our hosts? homes, while there are often tears on the occasion of their departure. But lots of hard work goes into making each onefinestay so sweet a fling, and the romance begins long before guests arrive.
Once we?ve cherry-picked the juiciest London homes to become part of the unhotel, we line up a date between the host and one of our New Home Account Execs. These encounters are quick and intense; it?s when we gather all the practical information ? information that we need to accept bookings, manage the home, and generate income for the host. New home execs have to be fleet-footed relationship forgers: attentively answering questions, sweating the details, or allaying the odd pair of cold feet. And then it?s on to the next one ? the unhotel doesn?t build itself.

This is a broad role with both commercial and operational responsibilities and daily interaction with hosts and other teams.

Maintain home quality standards: ensure that each new onefinestay home lives up to our promise to guests, while also meeting the requirements and standards of our operation
Information management: identifying and capturing the correct data in a timely and efficient manner to arm our guest and home services teams with the tools and bespoke data they require to operate each new home
Process improvement: take the initiative to improve all aspects of the home take-on processes to build capacity and scale the business
Previous professional and/or commercial experience
Self-assurance and maturity to work with a very broad range of personalities
Practical and analytical by nature, with an organised, logical mind and love of efficiency
The energy, drive and commitment required to keep pace with our ambitious growth targets
A good degree from a good university or equivalent interesting experience
Smart, driven and energetic
Outstanding communication skills and capable of building rapport and inspiring confidence
Sound commercial judgement and operational instinct
Excellent attention to detail, strong initiative and boundless enthusiasm
Ability to thrive in an unstructured start-up environment ? opportunistic and self-starting
Impeccable time management and ability to effectively structure a high turn-over work load
