The New Product and Business Development Manager is the key driver of all initiatives concerning customer interaction with Verilogue?s RevealMR platform. The role of the New Product and Business Development Manager is to build relationships, learn about our customer?s business, and drive value based on our customer?s self-defined goals. This is a dynamic, evolving role in which the employee will be capable of understanding business challenges and developing innovative, technological and interactive solutions to achieve measurable results for the RevealMR brand. This position will ultimately be responsible for ensuring the success of a portfolio of RevealMR customers, with an end result of increased customer satisfaction, retention and expansion of the RevealMR footprint.
Primary Job Responsibilities include:
Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in RevealMR, utilize all of their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer?s industry business challenges and objectives to appropriately map RevealMR features and associated business benefits to address their needs
Provide prompt and accurate resolution to technical inquiries and customer issues with the RevealMR platform
Drive usage and adoption of RevealMR platform in a directive manner through; effective on-boarding and setup of system, training presentations, on-going usage reviews and account performance planning, engagement with multiple levels/teams within the customer organization, establishment of best practices and development of end-user outreach initiatives
Assist with the development and delivery of Marketing tactics to raise awareness of RevealMR, drive site users and attract strategic partnerships
Serve as a customer advocate in driving industry best practices and the evolution of RevealMR product and platform functionality and consultative services integral to customer success
Work with multiple internal teams to ensure delivery of required enhancements of RevealMR
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in the RevealMR account portfolio
Deliver successful customers to the contract renewal cycle and, where necessary, support the renewals process to minimize customer attrition
Promote a customer-focused environment
Optimize execution and results across a full pipeline of projects
Make sound judgments
Influence and communicate to inspire commitment
Advocate planning and continuous improvement
Encourage new ideas and innovations
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Minimum of a four (4) year degree is required
One to Three years project management experience is required
Experience in managing client relationships a plus
Knowledge of the market research industry is preferred
