You?ll help us cultivate dedicated sponsorships that fit organically within the Tumblr ecosystem, collaborating with sponsors and agencies to develop ambitious and innovative ideas that align with their marketing strategies.What you?ll do:
Educate new and existing partners about our community and products.
Establish and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 companies, along with their marketing, PR, social, and creative agencies.
Create, design, and build native brand campaigns that leverage our ad products and drive revenue growth.
Serve as a trusted consultant to help sponsors with content and community strategy on Tumblr.
What we're looking for:
5+ Experience managing marketing programs in a startup, digital media or online advertising organization.
Passion for Tumblr and an extensive understanding of our features.
Knowledge of the digital marketplace (including social & mobile) and the competitive landscape.
Superb project management, writing, and presentation skills.
Passionate, innovative spirit, and a desire to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment.
BA / BS degree.
