When we started Sitrion it was all about giving employees and managers easy and simple access to SAP based business processes and data. Timing was perfect back in these founding days as Microsofts? uprising .NET & SharePoint platform saw tremendous momentum in the market and we made the decision among the initial Sitrion team members to bet on Microsoft for all our future SAP interoperability products we had in mind.
From the very early days until today our thinking always has been around simplicity. Specifically our Sitrion product suite, the SitrionSuite, is a complete business self-service platform, consisting of business-ready self-services, productivity applications and tools for easy extensibility. The SitrionSuite dramatically simplifies working with SAP solutions in the Cloud, in Microsoft SharePoint/Office and with our latest product SitrionOne, on mobile devices. Our breakthroughs in the SAP self-service experience have fueled an explosive demand. Our customers are Fortune 500 enterprises using SAP and Microsoft to run and to grow their businesses.
The role of the Sitrion Professional Services Consultant is to service, support and nurtures the customer from the very beginning of the project till the end, and to deliver the project not only within the scope, time and cost but also with complete customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Professional Services Consultant to join the Professional Services Team.
Deliver tasks on customer consulting engagements (e.g., ABAP programming, architecture, performance & security reviews of Sitrion applications, high level expert Sitrion Consulting)
Manage Sitrion Projects to stay within time and budget
Share knowledge of ?Best Practices? in all Sitrion SAP technologies to enterprise customers
Understand customer technical and business requirements and scope work effort for engagement
Provide primary installation and configuration support for Enterprise products to new and existing customers.
Demonstrate our technologies during presales engagements.
Train, both onsite as well as in online training courses that NewsGator / Sitrion offers.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Troubleshoot Windows Server environments and application issues as it relates to product implementation and operation.
Diagnose and resolve all problems related to product(s) and system operation, availability, security, performance, connectivity, and overall function during an implementation.
Build internal system environments mirroring customer development, test and production environments to include MS IIS, database, SharePoint, AD, SAP, Sitrion and NewsGator components.
Report and escalate customer problems and enhancements to development and product management as appropriate, including detailed explanation of issue and recommended resolution.
Provide clear, well documented description of problems that require technical fix or resolution by Software Engineers.
Create, maintain, and enhance product(s) knowledge base, including technical articles, FAQ?s, sample applications, and/or demonstrations.
ABAP, ABAP OO, Webdynpro for ABAP, DB and IDOC development knowledge
Programming and Customization of SAP HCM (HR) module
SAP Workflow Customization
Knowledge about human resource management, especially HR processes and workflows
Experiences in evaluating and testing of customer SAP implementations
Ability to document and train customer on developed solutions
Proven ability to effectively interact and manage customer issues either onsite or remotely, including difficult and potentially difficult customer interactions.
Proven ability to be passionate about customer success. Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
Expertise with Microsoft SharePoint 2003/2007, MOSS and SharePoint 2010 technologies including solution deployment, web part maintenance, site definitions and features.
Working knowledge of Windows Server implementation and ongoing system administration, including related server applications: IIS, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and networking protocols.
Proven ability to understand customer requirements, project goals and milestones, and provide updates and reports to necessary and/or key project contributors and/or manager(s) as required.
Ability to adapt to a changing work place
Minimum 8 years of consulting or software professional service experience.
Minimum 5 years experience supporting Microsoft server technologies.
10 years of consulting or software professional service experience.
Java a plus (Webdynpros)
SAP Access Control
Use of SAP Add-ons
Other SAP product knowledge
Expertise with Microsoft SharePoint SharePoint 2010 technologies in a consulting capacity.
Deep technical knowledge of the technologies listed above.
