NOC ENGINEER Voxeo
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the ability to use, manage, and improve network monitoring and alerting systems. You will need to be able to think of and suggest ways to improve our monitoring process. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance problems. Escalate and push network issues to resolution within Voxeo and our vendors. Maintain and respond to information from security monitoring systems. Prepare network systems performance reports and analyze them for potential issues and maintain network infrastructure documentation. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment where multi-tasking is a must, the ability to work full time and third shift (40+ hours/week; 4-10s), basic UNIX/Linux operating and troubleshooting skills, basic Windows Server operating and troubleshooting skills, and experience with TCP/IP networking. | Location: | 100 East Pine Street Suite 600 Orlando, FL 32801 United States |
