To help us extend our lead in the Identity Management market, Courion is seeking an experienced l Alliance Professional for North America to identify, evaluate, and nominate new partners; develop and manage existing partners; and support partners in driving sales opportunities for Courion's identity access management and access intelligence solutions. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Alliances, the right individual will complement our existing direct sales force by leveraging his/her past experience and existing relationships with systems integrators and resellers to develop and manage the sales and business development of a network of value-added alliance partners.
Responsibilities:
Identify, prioritize, qualify and nominate new system integrators and resellers for the Courion program.
Work with new and existing partners to establish a detailed go-to-market plan across all stake holders that is quantified and measured and executed to build pipeline as a result.
Work directly with Courion Field Sales Representatives to help drive sales opportunities ? including coordinating Courion resources needed to impact sales process in key channel opportunities.
Map and facilitate partners? path to achieve independent service delivery capability for Courion services and drive partner onboarding, training, contract management, program certification and compliance.
Achieve and then exceed assigned sales quota with and through partners.
Develop and maintain strong working relationship and communication with Channel Partner Management/Principals.
Learn/maintain in-depth knowledge of Courion's Identity Access Management and Access Intelligence offerings ? as well as competitors and industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of successful partner sales and management for enterprise software and related services.
Demonstrated successful experience with large systems integrators with resulting sales transactions and an ability to draw on a network of existing relationships in order to quickly establish revenue producing partnerships.
Demonstrated technical solution selling skills and an ability to create and implement go-to-market partner plans.
Experience in the security and/or identity/access management software industry is preferred.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, especially with the Sales Team.
