The North American Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing high touch marketing programs that generate quality pipeline and advance existing opportunities.
Proactively drive field marketing programs from planning, execution, to tracking results.
Understand field needs, define programs and success measurement, and deliver programs in-region.
Create relevant and compelling content for marketing collateral and campaign fulfillment such as marketing emails, and social media,
Act as a liaison with the Product Marketing Team to understand product positioning and be aware of content release schedules when creating marketing programs.
Integrate with Corporate Marketing Team to understand current corporate marketing initiatives ensure prospects are placed in the correct campaigns
Become certified expert on Attachmate lead automation system (Eloqua).
Communicate campaigns, including follow up process and procedures to Field Sales Organization through email, virtual and in person meetings, and social media.
Help prioritize and organize industry events with local sales teams.
Manage North American field marketing budget.
Develop nurturing programs leveraging lead automation system, outbound and inbound Telesales Teams.
Create quarterly North American Field Marketing calendar.
Work with Channel Team if initiative calls for Channel assistance driving demand or execution.
Track and report regularly on campaigns using Attachmate business intelligence tool (Cognos)
Knowledge / Skills:
Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing in B2B environment required
Proven success in implementing demand generation campaigns
Prior experience in channel marketing and/or installed base marketing preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Proven experience in supporting direct sales team in marketing activities
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
Experience driving new ideas through sales and marketing organizations
Lead automation experience
