We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care to adults seeking outpatient care for opioid addiction.
Ideally, we are looking for someone to work a full-time schedule split between our Lynn, MA and Brockton, MA locations. See our website for more information on the locations http://www.habitopco.com/en/. The work schedule would be determined later, but would likely be weekday hours, early in the day.
You will be working under the direction of our Medical Director, the NP/PA will provide initial/annual patient histories, conduct physical exams, assess eligibility for treatment, write orders for admission, laboratory analysis, screening for infectious diseases and pregnancy testing, provide education and monitor treatment plans and progress. The NP/PA will also have prescriptive privileges for ordering initial medications, dose adjustments and medical withdrawal from medications.

The successful candidate must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts, have a minimum of 1 year of NP/PA experience, preferably in addiction treatment. A DEA Registration Certificate is required. Excellent communication and customer service skills and a strong team orientation also required.
