Description/Duties:
Fukushima licensing activities (peer reviews; processing of letters to the NRC dealing with responses on Fukushima activities)
Perform duties as part of Licensing Group supporting Alternate Source Team (AST), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 805, supporting Fuel Storage issues, Steam Generator Replacement, Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) and License Renewal.
Coordination f all NRC interfaces, including telephone calls and meetings
Responsible for the qualitiy and timeliness for all correspondence, including initial submittals and follow-up correspondence sugh as Request for Additional Information (RAI) repsonses and e-mail correspondence.
Working with company staff to prepare submittals/correspondence/RAI repsonse, review of drafts, and management of the internal review process
Coordination of the implentation process during NRC review of the License Amendment Request (LAR) and following NRC approval of the LAR.
Participation in project discussoion with company staff, vendors, and management briefings regarding NRC review/status progress
Minimum Qualifications:
5-10 years experience in Nuclear Licensing/Regulatory Affairs
Must be able to work Nuclear Capital Manager as well as Fukushima Manager/Team on all licensing documents
