Essential Job Responsibilities
The Nurse Project Consultant will provide configuration assistance, training and on-site operational support for Sabal Medicals medication cart and bedside medication administration software. Candidate will be responsible for channeling customer requests to Sabal corporate headquarters, maintaining daily contact with other Sabal resources as required and assuring support continuity for the customer during the trial period. Consultant will also diagnose product problems related to daily transactional processes and help to determine possible resolutions in a timely manner.
Requirements
Quick learner - ready to learn new technologies on the job
BSN, RN, or LPN with experience using bedside medication administration software
Current state licensure in at least one U.S. state
5+ years hospital nursing experience in acute care and ER/OR departments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2007 (especially Excel)
Solid computer and documentation skills
Proven interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability, flexibility and willingness to work a fragmented work schedule
Other Preferred Skills/Abilities/Experience
Experience working in a customer relations/support role
Experience with bar coded medication administration systems
Comments
