Position Overview:
Project Coordinators in the Performance Innovation team are tasked with managing projects involving integration of Athletes? Performance Training System Methodology and Technology into finished product form. Candidates should be proficient with Performance Training/Exercise Science techniques, Nutritional Science (sports nutrition and applied clinical nutrition) and have a solid grasp of technology related to the health and wellness and Performance Training fields. Experience developing editorial content for the mass consumer as well as technical papers for industry professionals is required. Project management skills related but not limited to requirements gathering, prioritization, scope definition, and development planning are essential.
The candidate will be required to design engaging training experiences based on their expertise (as evidenced by education and credentialing) in the field of Performance Training and Nutrition by designing and creating systematized prioritization logic leading to individualized exercise and nutrition interventions based on evaluation results.
Responsibilities:
Critical literature reviews with the goal of evaluating current research and how it relates to training methodology, nutrition, and user experience
Creating user flows and pathways of how users will interact with the product being developed
Creation of prioritization criteria and prioritization of features based on business strategy, development difficulty, and methodological value
Wireframing web-based user experiences surrounding preventative, corrective, and performance training programs
Requirements gathering of all features and user functionality related to user flows and communication of requirements and functionality to software developers
Ongoing supervision of product development with the goal of ensuring the correct implementation of the technical requirements by the software developers
The candidate will be tasked with taking a forward thinking view of the field of human performance and identifying emerging technologies both in and out of the field which hold promise for reducing injuries while improving performance, nutritional intake/status, and body composition. They will be required to not only critically evaluate efficacy of the technology, but also develop a strategy of how to integrate the usage of the technology into both in-person and digital training programs.
Critical needs analysis of existing and proposed training and nutrition methodologies
Analysis of existing and emerging technology related to the field of human performance. Specifically evaluating technical abilities of the technology as well as user experience and how those integrate with identified needs of the training and fueling system
Creation of content management policies and procedures
Analysis and selection of nutrition integration technology based on the technical and business requirements of each project
The candidate will be required to manage all specific daily demands in support of priority execution against the prioritized needs of the business. They will be required to understand operational dependencies and how they relate to the specific daily tasks required for timely and efficient execution of product development. In addition to this internal execution of interdependencies, the candidate will also manage external consultants? executions within the overall project plan.

Qualifications:
Seeking a dynamic individual to be part of our Performance Innovation Team as a Project Coordinator with subject matter expertise in nutrition, who possesses the following:
Bachelor degree in Nutrition, Sport Science or Kinesiology (Master?s Preferred)
Registered Dietitian credential required, Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics preferred
Minimum 3 years experience as a practicing RD
Able to pay close attention to the details of a project/problem.
Strong project management skills
Communicates well (verbal/written)
Tech savvy (not genius, but very comfortable)
Problem solver ? solution oriented
Organized (both in their thoughts, approaches to problems, self management)
Logical ? enjoys process, has a method/reason for what they do
Reflective & independent learner (eg, learns from mistakes, asks good questions?once)
Not afraid to work hard/doesn?t shy away from hard work
Self Starter- should be able to seek out self-directed task plans and identify paths of necessary development

The position is located in Phoenix, AZ and travel may be required
