Job Description :
The SGRP OCC Representative is the Project?s Representative and in the Outage Control Center and is responsible for monitoring project performance and be the single point of contact between the project and the OCC. The SGRP OCC Representative is responsible for reporting project status, monitor and report out on critical path activities and facilitate issue resolution. The SGRP Coordinator is the primary interface between the Xcel SGRP project team and the plant.
The SGRP Coordinator reports directly to the Implementation Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Safety
Communicate any identified safety issues to the project.

Quality
Ensures accurate reporting to the OCC of work status and tracking and resolution of open issues.
Participates in resolution of Xcel Corrective Action Program (CAPs)

Work Implementation
Participate in standard meetings in the OCC representing the project.
Communicates with the project the Critical Path status when project is not on critical path.
Coordinate hand offs for work between various plant organizations and the project.
Report out on project status to the OCC.
Ensures immediate notification of schedule delays on each specific task.
Communicates to other Stakeholders for overlapping scope.
Participates in coordination, scheduling, safety, quality and progress review meetings.
