OEM Account Executive Clarabridge

POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Executive will be responsible for the sale of Clarabridge?s software products and services into new service and technology accounts looking to embed text analytics and sentiment analysis into their solution offerings within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of selling enterprise application software sales, such as CRM, ERP, or Business Intelligence, into Global 2000 companies. Must have verifiable experience driving and closing large, complex enterprise software and services engagements; with a forward-thinking approach to solving business issues and strong focus on customer satisfaction. The Account Executive must also be familiar with OEM based agreements and executing Partner Enablement Programs. This role will be 100% focused on driving OEM opportunities within a defined set of Service and Technology sub-segments such as Market Research. Existing relationships and contacts within this sub-segment is ideal.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying enterprise and SaaS OEM opportunities within territory and mapping appropriate solutions to client requirements
Driving opportunities through OEM partners to facilitate meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue objectives
Managing and expanding established and new OEM relationships
Serve as primary client liaison with new and existing OEM accounts
Creating, enhancing, and managing business relationships to leverage additional opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
5-10 years of demonstrated history as an individual contributor selling enterprise software, CRM, ERP, or Business Intelligence solutions to senior level decision makers in service and technology firms.
Experience in a direct field sales organization within a quota and commission structured environment.
Experience in a OEM channels sales organization driving revenue from direct sales and channel through sales.
The ability to work well in a entrepreneurial environment and ?wear multiple hats? when necessary.
A highly successful track record of calling on and closing at the senior business and technical executive level ? especially VP Operations, CTO, and CIO.
Consistent and verifiable earnings history of quota overachievement, with demonstrated success of multi-year quota achievement within the same company
Demonstrated ability to articulate software enterprise solutions.
Outstanding relationship-building skills coupled with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
A track record of growing multi-year customer relationships through installed base and new business opportunities
Strong usage of metrics and ability to accurately forecast on an on-going basis.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate the ability to adapt well in a high-growth environment and to contribute to the overall success of the Company.
Bachelor?s degree in a relevant area of study preferred.
