OEM Program Manager Permabit

The Program Manager is responsible for the execution of one or more simultaneous products under development with OEMS and partners according to the released Product Life Cycle/Roadmap from program approval through volume production.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the right product is developed to meet or exceed Companys quality standard and is delivered at the right time.
- Drive partnerships.
- Support OEM efforts, liaising with executive team and internal teams supporting objectives.
- Track program against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, reporting status to supervisor on a regular basis.
- Develop and implement recovery plans for offschedule and unanticipated eventualities.
- Coordinate with OEM customers to provide necessary program status and obtain OEM customer feedback.
- Recommend new processes where needed to improve quality or ontime delivery.
- Recommend and lead efforts to improve existing processes to improve quality or ontime delivery.
Requirements
- 810 years experience in a hightechnology company; 12 years experience preferred.
- Previous OEM program management experience required.
- Intimate knowledge of program management tools and procedures.
- Intimate knowledge of people management skills.
- General knowledge of operations, including scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, test engineering, and quality systems.
- Ability to understand, track, drilldown, and question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based upon that data.
- Strong influencemanagement, negotiation, conflict resolution, leadership and assertiveness skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and followthrough skills.
