OEM Sales Manager Neverfail, Inc.
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Neverfail is looking for a proven OEM Sales Manager to drive continued growth in OEM sales volume for North America. This individual will manage and develop relationships with software manufacturers whose applications require high availability through licensed partnership agreements that drive incorporation or bundling of Neverfail software. This position reports to the Director of Global Channel Sales.
Overall accountability for and ownership of OEM sales in the U.S.
Drive OEM relationship growth through ongoing marketing and selling, performance evaluation, and sales planning and forecasting
Identify, target, and onboard new OEM partners that fit profile
Manage cross functional team responsibilities including agreement negotiation, product integration support, and demand generation
Work with partners to create, implement, and track overall go-to-market strategies to ensure successful launches and ongoing relationships
Deliver at or above plan
5+ years in managing OEM sales transactions in the software or hardware space
Proven track record in successful OEM partnership management and selling
Prior experience in the high availability, disaster recovery, business continuity space will be given preference
Understanding and prior experience negotiating OEM contracts
Successful track record of quota attainment
Great communicator with excellent presentation skills
