We are seeking an organized and responsible Receptionist for our Bedminster, NJ headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages front desk activities
Maintains entire office supply inventory
Receives and signs for all deliveries/courier shipments and notifies appropriate recipient of the arrival
Provide general office support: faxing, copying, typing, shipping, filing and mailings
Communicate important news and messages to staff
Develop and help maintain corporate meeting and travel/leave calendars
Answer all calls in a friendly and professional manner, greets office visitors/clients promptly and professionally
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior office experience a must
Excellent communication skills
Professional and reliable
Excellent computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Minimum 2 yr. degree (4-yr degree preferred)
