The Job:
We are seeking a diligent and resourceful Office Administrator to join our fast paced Global Headquarters in Jersey City, NJ. The individual will carry out various administrative tasks and provide support to multiple executives while supporting both the Jersey City Headquarters and other regional AvePoint offices. This individual should be assertive, high energy and comfortable working in a busy corporate culture. We seek a multi-tasker who strongly values efficiency and reliability in all of his/her endeavors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer switchboard; screen and direct calls
- Greet visitors as they enter reception area
- Coordinate internal/external meetings and travels for employees
- Order office supplies and oversee the maintenance of office space
- Distribute mail and packages
- Manage business expense reporting
- Act as the liaison between company and vendors, suppliers, and building management
- Handle sensitive documents and records with high level of confidentiality
- Assist in ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and be tech savvy
- Initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-level of resourcefulness, confidence, and problem-solving skills
- Organized and meticulous, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
